At the inception of our production, we meticulously select only the highest-quality steel, cold-rolled to offer unparalleled surface finish and ductility. Additionally, components like engines sourced from reputable names such as Mitsubishi and Kohler are chosen for their compactness and efficiency.

Cutting and Forming

Cutting and Forming

Precision is the hallmark of our cutting and forming stage. Utilizing fiber laser technology, we achieve precise cuts and perfect holes, allowing for innovative cutting profiles. The subsequent transition to our CNC bending machine ensures high-precision bends with complex profiles, resulting in a precision-fit canopy with smaller gaps and a superior finish.

Fabrication

Fabrication

Fabrication is the critical phase that brings all components together. Our commitment to high-quality fabrication involves the use of top-tier welding machines, including those from Fronius, coupled with robotic welding from Yaskawa. Our unique snap-in design and flexible fixturing guarantee consistency and precision in every part.

Coating

Coating

After fabrication, we subject each part to a detailed coating process for high corrosion resistance and a superior finish. Our multi-step process includes mechanical cleaning, multi-tank dip cleaning, and a double powder coating process, carefully selected for UV protection and outdoor durability. The result is parts that exceed a 10-year life expectancy.

Assembly

Assembly

Our assembly process focuses on productivity and consistency. Customized power and light solutions demand a well-structured yet flexible approach. Each machine is built in its bay by a "master" builder and an apprentice, utilizing pneumatic tools and productivity-enhancing equipment to ensure quick, safe, and error-free assembly.

Testing

Testing

Rigorous testing is a non-negotiable step in our process. Every machine undergoes multiple stages of inspection, culminating in a 6-hour comprehensive test where all parameters are monitored and analyzed. This commitment to thorough testing provides traceability and a wealth of data for continual product improvement.

Packing and Shipping

Packing and Shipping

Our unique design allows fully assembled machines to be shipped in the smallest footprint, ensuring a quick and efficient setup at the customer's site. Each machine, a source of pride for us, undergoes careful polishing before wrapping. In our pursuit of a lower carbon footprint, we are actively working to minimize plastic and non-recyclable content in our packaging, aiming for fully biodegradable or recyclable alternatives.
